Amy Elizabeth Allemann
Amy Elizabeth Allemann has been a member of Quade & Associates, a PLC
since its inception in 2003.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from
Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with a double major in English Journalism and
History with an emphasis in Global Peace Studies and Islamic Culture.

While an undergraduate, she was honored with the Presidents Distinguished
Service Award. She received her Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from
California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. In law school, she
earned three prestigious American Jurisprudence Awards for academic
excellence in Immigration Law, Professional Responsibility and Property.
Additionally, she received the Corpus Juris Secondum award for both Property
and Torts. She also served as Staff Editor and Staff Writer for the California
Western International Law Journal and the California Western Law Review. She
passed the California Bar Exam in 1999.

Currently, Ms. Allemann specializes in complex civil litigation and family law. She
has assisted in taking a multi-million dollar construction defect case to trial and
several major personal injury cases through trial, one that resulted in award in
excess of $800,000.  Ms. Allemann has assisted many clients through the
difficult process of dissolution of their marriage, working hard to receive the best
outcome for her clients whether through settlement or litigation.  

Ms. Allemann is a member of the California State Bar Association and is
admitted to practice in all Superior Courts in California; as well as the Southern
District of California and the Central District of California in federal courts.  Ms.
Allemann also belongs to several associations including Mensa International,
LEAD San Diego, the Thomas More Society, the San Diego Lawyers Club and
the San Diego County Bar Association.

Ms. Allemann served for six years on the Board of Directors of Peppermint
Ridge Family and Friends Group, which supports a residential care facility for
Developmentally Disabled Adults.  Formerly, Ms. Allemann was the President of
the Board of Directors for San Diego Stand Up for Kids, served on the steering
Committee for the Nativity Prep Academy and was both President of the Board
and Executive Director of the Zetetic Foundation.  In 2006, Ms. Allemann
participated in the elite LEAD San Diego program and remains active with this
association.
