With a growing reputation as an effective advocate for his many clients, Michael Quade has received verdicts/settlements in excess of seven figures, including an assault and battery, insurance bad faith, and contract disputes with car dealerships. He has developed a diverse practice which includes family law, business litigation, as well as contract disputes of all kinds. As the founder of Quade & Associates in San Diego, California, Mr. Quade has appeared and argued in both State and Federal Courts as well as before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is licensed with the Patent and Trademark Office and has trial experience in Federal Court.
Prior to opening his own law firm, he worked with an established law firm specializing in construction defect litigation. He graduated from San Diego State University with a mechanical engineering degree and earned his JD from National University. A native Californian who continues to enjoy living in the sunshine state, he is passionate about the practice of the law, and when he is not preparing for trial he enjoys skiing, soccer and basketball with his kids.
