Michael Quade has received results in excess of seven figures, including

of Quade & Associates, a PLC in San Diego, California, Mr. Quade has
appeared and argued in both State and Federal Courts as well as before the
9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is licensed with the Patent and Trademark
Office and has trial experience in Federal Court.
Prior to opening his own law firm, he worked with an established law firm
specializing in construction defect as well as personal injury litigation. He
graduated from San Diego State University with a mechanical engineering
degree, earned his JD from National University and was admitted to practice
in the State of California in 1994.
Mr. Quade is an experienced trial attorney at ease in the courtroom and in
front of the jury. Mr. Quade has received defense verdicts in two separate
matters involving complex soils issues wherein claims were being made by
parties as to soils movement, compaction, water saturation, etc. Additionally,
he has received significant results – via verdict or settlement – in personal
injury, breach of contract, construction litigation, and insurance matters.
A native Californian who continues to enjoy living in the Golden State. He is
passionate about the practice of the law, and when he is not preparing for
trial he enjoys skiing, and soccer and basketball with his kids.
